Job Summary
The Project Manager in web strategy and development plays a central role in the coordination, delivery, and evolution of On Clic's projects. Acting as an interface between clients and internal teams, this person ensures understanding of business needs, strategic planning, monitoring of web projects, and the quality of client experience.
In close collaboration with management, development teams, design, and digital marketing, the holder actively contributes to the agency's growth, operational optimization, and service innovation.
Responsibilities
Account Management and Client Relations
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients.
- Understand clients' business needs to propose tailored digital solutions (websites, platforms, digital strategy).
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the agency.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the projects.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and track projects.
- Define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Ensure communication between strategists, designers, and web developers.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Strategy and Support
- Participate in the strategic analysis of client needs and the design of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate in the development of recommendations for digital strategy.
- Contribute to the development of tools and methods aimed at improving project planning and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with technological trends and best practices in web development, AI, and digital.
Business Development and Outreach
- Participate in business development activities (networking, meetings, events).
- Identify opportunities for new projects or expansion with existing clients.
- Contribute to the agency's growth through a consulting service approach.
- Collaborate on innovation and the implementation of new digital services.
Skills and Qualifications
